Ozone is a natural purifier which has no harmful chemical by-products created during purification, making it environmentally friendly. It actually eliminates the chlorine by-products known as chloramines that can cause skin irritations and illness and their off- gas odour.

Ozone has been used as the primary sanitizer in the majority of portable spas for over a decade. The Delzone MCD ozonator produces high ozone concentration levels via Corona Discharge Electrode Technology, increasing water quality and purity far above previous technologies, also reducing the amounts of chemical sanitation required.

Microban® Technology is built into the acrylic during the manufacturing process and becomes an intrinsic part of the acrylic inside and at the surface. Microban® protects against bacteria which cause stains, odours and product deterioration by penetrating the cell wall of the microbe and disrupting the key functions so that it can no longer function, grow or reproduce. Microban® doesn’t rub off, wear off or deteriorate in anyway and will last just as long as your spa.

The water in the spa stays warmer for longer with lower energy costs thanks to the ingenious Heat Vault Insulation System built into the enclosure. The Heat Vault system uses foam insulation on the bottom of the shell, the floor of the enclosure and all interior walls, this creates a ‘dead air’ space completely surrounded by insulation. This uses the same principle as the double-glazed glass in your patio door. ‘Dead air’ surrounded by an insulator traps heat more efficiently than solid insulation itself. With the pumps being housed within this ‘dead air’ space the heat generated by the pumps increases the warmth of the interior ‘dead air’ space and effectively recycles the hot air back to the
spa by keeping the shell warm and again reducing energy costs. This system of not filling the interior completely with foam also dissipates the heat created by the pumps, reducing the chance of overheating.

Front access skim Filter – During normal spa use or when your spa is uncovered, small particles of exfoliated skin and other bits of dirt get into the water. Your spa’s skim filter automatically removes these particles and keeps your water clean and clear. Periodic maintenance is required and annual replacement of the cartridge. The filter’s front access makes maintenance a quick and easy operation, and aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
